About Ed & Lori
Since entering the real estate
business in 1979, Lori has achieved many honors and awards including
Top Lister and Top Producer designations. She is a multi-million
dollar producer with over two hundred career transactions. She
is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation awarded
to fewer than 4% of Realtors nationwide by the Residential Sales
Council, in recognition of her experience and additional real
estate education. She is also an Accredited Buyer Representative
(ABR) giving her expertise in representing buyers in the home
sales transaction.

Ed and Lori became a Realtor Team in early 1995 after Ed retired
from his corporate career in sales, marketing and general management.
He has a degree in Chemical Engineering and is a Registered Professional
Engineer. Since entering real estate, Ed has achieved the GRI designation
(Graduate, Realtor Institute) the CRS designation and the ABR designation
for Buyer representation.
Together, they bring complimentary skills to their real estate business.
They believe the Team Approach to real estate provides significant

ONLINE TECHNOLOGY
Ed and Lori have the technology to maximize service to their clients.
In addition to their office computer systems, they have a PC in their
home which is on-line with the Multiple Listing Service computer in
Houston. They can access information on listings and other real estate
data, day or night. Their "real estate specific" software allows them
to produce Comparative Market Analyses and other reports on specific
properties and areas quickly and accurately. They maintain a large database
of prospective buyers for notification of new listings, and are the
first Realtors in Kingwood to establish their own web site on the Internet.

Ed and Lori adopted the above logo to emphasize the team approach
they bring to their clients. Their Mission Statement reflects their
dedication to customer service, competency, and integrity in the conduct
of their business.

STRICTLY PERSONAL
Ed and Lori have lived in Kingwood since 1976. They are frequent
tennis players and are active in the community. Their daughter and
son are graduates of Kingwood High School and The University of Texas.
While they are sold on Kingwood, their real estate business takes
them into other communities in the Houston area, including The Woodlands,
Humble/Atascocita, and the FM1960 area. They are eager to list or
show homes in any area of greater Houston to serve their clients,
many of whom are past clients or referrals.
They genuinely enjoy the real estate business and the satisfaction
of meeting new people and helping them with their real estate needs.
